Eminem Addiction 2015: Slim Shady Opens Up About Life After Rehab And How Exercise Saved His Life

Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, is one of the most respected rappers in the industry after making a name for himself in the late 1990s, but his career has often been entangled with inner demons and personal problems, but these days it has been revealed that Eminem's addiction 2015 is a thing of the past.

Over the past few years, there has been a massive Eminem addiction 2015 recovery, as the famous rapper has turned his life around for the sake of his family and career, and he's now revealed how he managed to save himself from years of being tied to prescription drugs: through exercise.

According to Yahoo! News, Eminem's addiction 2015 got so bad at one point that the Oscar-winning rapper weighed around 230 pounds, as he was trying to ease the many stomach problems his addictions caused through over-eating, part of what made him think of becoming healthier.

Business Insider reports that the rapper became obsessive about overcoming Eminem's addiction 2015, focusing greatly on exercise and making sure he burned 2,000 calories per day, saying as he had an "addict's brain," at first he just traded prescription drugs for the natural high of exercise - until he injured himself from overworking his body, which made him decide to mix things up.

"Now every morning before I go to the studio, I do the Body Beast workout with free weights, bench, and pullup bar at home," said the rapper to Men's Journal about his current workout routine, his own way to defeat Eminem's addiction 2015. "It's just me, so it helps that the Body Beast dude is over-the-top. The routine is pretty intense, too. The first time I did the legs, I couldn't walk for two days. Now I'm doing arms one day, chest the next day, legs the next, and I'm still functioning throughout the day. And I can finally do it without pausing the DVD."

Now that he's right in the middle of a huge comeback with "Southpaw," it's clear that Eminem's addiction 2015 workout routine has reaped benefits!
