Jessica Alba Wrote Eco-Friendly Parenting Book Unlike Gwyneth Paltrow

Jessica Alba just got finished writing her new book, The Honest Life: Living Naturally and True To You, Perez Hilton reported. The book is filled with child raising tips, and focuses on promoting an eco-friendly lifestyle. The actress is well aware that readers cannot afford to spend large amounts of money of food. This is why Alba made the book economically friendly. Gwyneth Paltrow has also written a parenting book. Perez Hilton reported, the actress believes it is okay for people to spend large amounts of money on food.

Jessica Alba stated, "Alicia Silverstone is a vegan, so she's the extreme side of it. Gwyneth Paltrow probably lives a very similar lifestyle, but I didn't grow up with a bunch of money, so my tips are much more grounded: repurposing things and making things at home. I absolutely do these things. That's why I wrote the book. There's lots of options, like delivery services for fresh produce that is organic, if people just want to do a couple of things in the book that are super-easy...You can take what you want from the book," according to Perez Hilton.

People magazine reported the actress does not judge other mothers. She is simply giving out her advice. Alba also briefly discussed breast-feeding with the magazine. It is a debatable topic among mothers. She believes women that choose not to breast-feed should not be judged by those that do. She also discussed the stay at home mom versus the working mother. The actress believes some women are better parents when they are working, and see their children at night, and on the weekends. Other women are better stay at home mothers, because their children are attached to them.

Alba promotes a healthy lifestyle to her children. She cooks healthy foods, and does not make it a "big deal." She does not label foods as healthy. She does not deprive her children of sweets, she informed People; they often bake mini cupcakes for dessert. She appears to be a good mother, despite her busy schedule. She is currently married to Cash Warren, and they have two children.
