"Amy, The Original Sountrack" To Be Released This Month, Docu Film Director Described Her As a 'Kid'

Amy Winehouse's documentary is about to hit the big screen and fans are psyched as the film's OST would soon be released on the 30th of this month. As per The Hollywood Reporter, the director Asif Kapadia stated his views on who Amy truly is, describing her as a Kid. During his interview at Toronto Film Festival's Doc Conference, Asif stated that:

"People never saw the young, funny, healthy, beautiful and amazing girl she was before mega-fame and addictions took over, A kid, she was a kid ... someone who happened to be talented and somehow became famous because of her songs and her writing about personal experiences,"

As per The Guardian, Island Records made an announcement stating that "Amy, The Original Soundtrack" will be released by the end of the month. The album is a collection of songs that is used for her upcoming documentary. Each track is lifted from the film directed Asif Kapadia, which consists live versions of the songs she performed at London's Union Chapel and live TV performances which included Jools Holland show, the Mercury awards, North Sea Jazz Festival and as well as her duets from Tony Bennett.

The album also includes original and demo songs by Amy's musical scorer and composer, Antonio Pinto. This album would be the second album to be released after her passing. The first was released on 2011 which was entitled Lioness: The Hidden Treasures.

Numerous speculations have been going around asking on whether the second album would be the last. As per Billboard, Universal Music UK Chairman and CEO, David Joseph stated that he had already destroyed her demos to ensure that they would no longer be developed into a resalable material.

It was a moral thing, taking a stem or a vocal is not something that would ever happen on my watch. It now can't happen on anyone else's."

As per NME, 7 of the track list are:

1.Opening - Antonio Pinto
2. Stronger Than Me - Amy Winehouse
3. Poetic Finale - Antonio Pinto
4. What Is It About Men [Live at the North Sea jazz festival] - Amy Winehouse
5. Walk - Antonio Pinto
