Ke$Ha Begging for the Courts to Let Her Record Again

The artist begged for the court to let her record again to gain back what she had lost over the battle between her and Dr. Luke. It's been over a year since the court battle and she has not been recording ever since because the court will not allow her to do it.

When Kesha filed a suit against Dr. Luke, her partner in songwriting before, for being abusive and for harassing her then Dr. Luke countersued a few days later.

Recently, the "tick-tock" singer filed new court papers requesting for the judge to allow her to record again with other songwriters that she could collaborate with other than Dr. Luke, but since the artist is still restrained by her contract with Sony Music which is in disagreement in court, the company is prohibiting her from recording while the contract is still in line.

According to the media, Kesha stated that her career is half way of being over and the only way to save her career is to make another hit music , however this meant she has to make it without Dr. Luke.

It's true though with what she said, her career will be over if she won't get back on track, the fact that "Timber" wasn't really hers, it was Pitbull's and she was only featured in it and her last studio album called "Warrior" was from 2012. Kesha sure is "going down" if she will not be able to make new music to save her career.

Lukasz Gottwald or a.k.a Dr. Luke has been brought to a court battle with Kesha when she sued her for raping, abusing, harassing, sexually assaulting her, calling her names and mocking her of her weight. Kesha stated that Dr. Luke referred to her as a "fat f**king refrigerator" which made Dr. Luke to sue her back for not going along with the contract.

Kesha's lawyers stated that Kesha is either going to continue working with her abusive partner who talks nasty things about her or watch her career pass by and wave it goodbye and there is no in between. Her lawyers also wrote about her opportunity of maintaining a good career is slowly fading now that she has not been recording and going into tours.
