People who regularly consume a couple of beers a day are healthy and are actually doing it right. Here's why:

According to studies, it is believed that with the right amount of beer a day, it can help reduce the risk of heart disease because of the compounds that are present in the beer that helps lower one's cholesterol levels and lessens the risk of hardening of arteries. There are also compounds present in the beer that can help reduce the risk of being exposed to skin cancer or any other skin diseases, it can even make skin look even healthier and firm.

Beer can reduce stress and anxiety  too.

But people should always be reminded to limit the intake of beer because too much beer can cause a person to gain unwanted weight that could result to diabetes.

Two cans or bottles of beer a day can help boost and maintain one's bone mineral density, but too much of beer can result to opposite effect.

Beer contains compounds that may help one to get good sleep, especially those who are suffering insomnia. It also has compounds that can prevent blood clots.

Doctors have stated that for men, not more that 2 cans of beer should be consumed daily and 1 can of beer for women.
