1.       Bring Sneakers to Work

Make your day social activities more active. Be on the move!

2.       Eat More Almonds

 Snack on these protein and fiber-packed nuts! For optimal weight loss results, eat your daily serving before working out. It is rich in amino acid L-arginine that helps in burning fat and carbs.

3.       Fear Fat-Free

This is tricky! Yes, manufacturers take fat out of your snacks but actually load them up with sugar instead. Go for more organic snacks instead.


4.        Cancel Your Gym Membership

5.       Go for unflavoured yogurt
