Who can resist a combination of Big Mac, large fries and coke? Deadly combination, but for people who are usually on the go, this is their go-to dinner or lunch. This type of food is usually something that is quick and easy to pack and eat, maybe while on the bus or train. 

According to One Green Planet, that questions like "Would you like fries with that?"Or "Take away please." Are just some of the requests that have been made last November 16 while celebrating the National Fast Food Day.

Fast food has started in the 1950s when car companies became popular that eventually led to the start of drive-thru restaurants. The United States has the largest fast food industry in the world and these restaurants are spread all over 100 countries in the world. People are attracted to this low-cost and high-speed restaurants that serve simple but delicious and popular food. Every one even the health conscious people love to eat or once loved to indulge in fast foods like burgers, fries , nuggets, onion rings, shakes, ice cream and more.

Now, anyone and everyone can make their all time favorite fast food menu at home. They can choose their own ingredients so they can not only be tasty they can be healthy as well.

First, let's look at the all-time favorite burger, Big Mac however in this case it's more unique and was made into Veggie 'Big Mac' With Radicchio Slaw. It's still the all-time delicious burger with a twist. The burgers are topped with a crunchy and tangy radicchio slaw and creamy avocado. You get the burger you loved with a healthy twist that will not make you guilty with every bite.

Oily fried onion rings-out, Baked Crispy and crunchy Cornmeal and Pepita Onion rings-in. This is made combined with cornmeal and crushed pepitas give the traditional onion rings a crunchy and flavorful coating before it's baked.

If you need to have a fast-food experience, make these delicious alternatives to your fast food, put them in a paper bag and eat them in your car. Whatever you do, make sure you celebrate National Fast Food Day as healthy as you can.
