Want Some HIV For FREE? A Man from California is Spreading HIV Intentionally

Thomas Guerra, also known as Ashton Chavez, a 29-year-old landscape architect, who is being charged of a criminal offense after he allegedly exposed others to HIV virus. Several reports claimed that he intentionally and "willfully" spread HIV to at least a dozen people.

Last Monday, 10News, spoke to one of Guerra's victim who is very upset. The victim wants to remain anonymous to protect his identity and those who are close to him. He said that he is now HIV positive. The victim also said that he cannot believe that Guerra can do this to him because he is someone that the victim love and trust.

Another source revealed that they've interviewed another victim of Guerra who claims that he knows at least 24 people who could have been infected and that he's hearing information that there could be hundreds.

Investigators reported that they've discovered text and emails where Guerra would tell people that he is HIV negative. Afterwards, the accused is going to have sex with them and then boast that he did infect them with HIV. It sounds like this is all just a game to him. This is currently a misdemeanor case, but if the investigators can prove that Guerra really did the act intentionally, the case can be raised to felony charge.

Roseana Alvarado, a family friend, said that Guerra's parents were so angry and disappointed when they've found out that he was a gay, that's why she took him in. She said that Guerra need someone to love him unconditionally. Alvarado said that she cannot believe in her heart that Guerra can do such a thing. She said, "I cannot and I don't believe that he really is doing that. I don't want to believe it."

Guerra is set to appear in court on Thursday. He and his family are not available for comments at this time.
