Heart diseases have caused a lot of painful goodbyes over the years, but in recent years, the numbers dropped. Even if this is so, it is still the number 1 cause of death for Americans and the world for both men and women. It has been known that these days, many people know how to prevent cardiovascular diseases including strokes and heart attacks. Diet, lifestyle and enough exercise can actually make a very big difference to your heart health.

According to Fox, there are some food that can be included in the diet which can make the heart healthy. Average Americans eat almost the same amount of food as they did in the early 70s.
