Artifical Sweeteners Diabetes Study: They Might Be A Straight Lead To The Disease

Artificial Sweeteners Diabetes Study - A new study published in Nature and commented by USA Today has determined that avoiding sugar might not be the best solution to problems, as artificial sweeteners could be even worse.

The study was conducted by The Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel and it concerns or it reached the final idea that gut microbes are altered and the metabolic diseases run a higher risk, ending up in a diabetes type 2 as a consequence.

The diabetes type 2 is special for having a high sugar level instead of a low sugar level that is the problem in diabetes type 1.

Of course all of this was tried out in a study and it is not a sure fact. There is still a long process to go through to get more answers on the matter.

Also, it is not something that could happen to everyone. As we know, we all have a different body, different resistances and different metabolism, so everything is basically a variation.

Some people may be affected by artificial sweeteners then, and others may not.

These common artificial sweeteners that were analized in the diabetes study were mostly not only the ones used in coffee, but mostly the diet drinks such as Coke, Sprite, Pepsi.

Most brands have a diet line that is made with artificial sweeteners to reduce sugar levels. Well, it turns out that even if the sugar is reduced, the artificial sweeteners bring enough problems as they come.

Eran Elinav, that is one of the people who studied the link between the gut microbes and the human immune system said, "I think this issue is far from being resolved... given the surprising result we got in our study, I made a decision to stop using artificial sweeteners."

That is one wise decision. Artificial Sweeteners were shown by this diabetes study not to be beneficial but all of the contrary and perhaps the only sure answer in consumptions anymore is merely and simply water. Not mixed with other things, but just water.
