Cheeseburger Eating Bride Captured Millions of Hockey Fans [VIDEO]

Hockey fans all over the world were captivated by the mysterious wedding gown-clad bride who was munching on a cheeseburger while she and her groom watched Saturday's Wild game.

Erica Skuta and Lewis Blake, both Wild fans, went to the game versus the Dallas Stars as a "wedding finale." Blake, a resident from New Zealand, hoped to be seen on the Jumbotron holding up a sign with: "I flew 8,044 miles from New Zealand to be at this game.. (and to get married)" written on it. However, something different was caught on the Jumbotron.

People watching the game at the ice rink as well as on TV at home saw the captured moment between Blake and his bride while he wiped drippings from his bride's chin as she was eating a burger. The video had gone viral, which freaked Skuta out when she first heard about it. But the response to it has been mostly positive, she explained.

The former Oakdale resident told Star Tribune how terrified she was when she heard that she was seen eating cheeseburger on TV. However she expressed how relieved she is that the video had such positive response from those who've seen it since it went viral.

Fox Sports North posted the video on their Facebook page, where the views reached 15,200 a few hours after it was posted. People wrote comments on the page and about the video.:

Laura Cole wrote: "This is the most Minnesotan thing ever."

Kevin Spring wrote: "She's a total keeper.. Wild fan, loves burger, wants to go to the game on her wedding night.. and she's stunning! Congrats you two!"

According to Blake, he already knew how lucky he was. He expressed it saying, "It became pretty clear early in on our relationship that we were going to go the distance." "I know how lucky I am." He added. Skuta arranged for her future husband to watch a Wild practice as her wedding gift, which is usually closed to the public.

Aside from Facebook, the video was also posted on the social networking site Reddit with the title " Canadian Honeymoon," which the cheeseburger eating bride said isn't too far off base. She explained that the couple is spending their honeymoon hiking and sightseeing along the North Shore to the Canadian border before heading back to New Zealand.
