7 Fast Foods to Avoid: Fast Food Workers Talk And Say What Items NEVER to Try!

When it comes to the maintenance of food chains, nobody knows more than those who have worked in the industry; and now, on the forum of a popular website, fast food employees have spoken! There are 7 fast foods to avoid at all costs when it's time to take a trip to your favorite junk food restaurant; the reasons aren't necessarily due to health concerns ... some are only because they would gather you the ardent hatred of every worker in the restaurant.

A user of the popular website Reddit asked a question directed at everyone in the forum who'd ever been employed by any of the popular junk food franchises: what fast foods to avoid? The answers ranged from funny anecdotes to eerie accounts of places in the kitchen that are not recommended to visit. From there, we got a fairly good list of 7 fast foods to avoid!

In any case, it doesn't hurt to know which fast foods to avoid when it's time to take a guilt-ridden tour to the fast food chain of your preference.

Anything from McDonald's McCafé Machine. Anything.

Why? The machines are "routinely neglected" in practically all the McCafés, to quote one of Reddit's users. The staff isn't even properly trained on how to clean the machines.

McDonald's nuggets, unless you specifically order fresh ones.

Why? Because the non-fresh one may have been sitting in the container getting heated up for the longest time - since they're made until someone buys them.

Wendy's chili.

Why? Because it's made from expired and dried-up meat from the grill top. Also, if the chili doesn't sell fast enough, workers will just add water to it.

Starbucks' "secret menu."

Why? Because there is no such thing, and you'll be forcing workers to get creative and add whatever they want.

Chipotle's quesoritos.

Why? Because the workers will hate you. It will take forever because it's ordered so rarely that there is no optimized way to go through the motions.

Dunkin Donuts' doughnuts.

Why? This will be a huge bummer and childhood killer: they all come frozen to the shops.

Einstein Bros. Bagels' eggs.

Why? They're not real eggs. And, if business has been slow that day, they could have been sitting in a container for a really long time.
