‘Harry Potter’ Themed Coffee Shop Opens: Bad Owl Coffee Offers Drinks to Muggles

Harry Potter fans, who are looking for a spell to get rid of the morning grogginess, need to be happy with the Harry Potter themed coffee shop, because apparently, there's no spell to get rid of that.

Recently, Bad Owl Coffee, a new but already popular coffee shop in Nevada, has opened up a Harry Potter - themed coffee shop in Henderson, Nevada and it also serves butterbeer lattes!

Bad Owl opened up earlier last week and already had eager muggles waiting for the opportunity to take a peek at the wizard-themed café, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The walls inside are plastered with the familiar "Platform 9 ¾" sign", and the tables were marked with sly references to the movies and the books with a drawing of a snitch with the words, "I Open at the close."

Additionally, there is a table set aside for Severus Snape which was played by late Alan Rickman in the film. The WiFi of Bad Owl is named after Hedwig, a famous snowy white owl according to The Daily Meal.

In addition to serving coffee and caffeine-based beverages, Bad Owl also offers its Muggles with an expansive tea menu, as well as sweeteners such as pastries and desserts.

The café will also be serving normal drinks for people who aren't particularly interested in the butterbeer of the magical world.

The café opened on Saturday, February 13, and the shop can be accessed from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

In the future, Bad Owl definitely plans to add a wide variety of menu items for the non-wizard community and perhaps for the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff followers, but as of now, the followers will have to be satisfied with the meager meals, which are present.
