Shake lovers can rejoice because the half price shakes at Sonic is back again this summer and will be available at the participating locations.
The entire shake selection, which includes 23 different flavors, will be offered at half prices for customers after 8 p.m., according to The Daily Meal.
The shake lineup features six new, limited-time offerings known as Creamery Shakes, which are Wildberry & Lavender, Bourbon Brown Sugar, Buttered Toffee, Dulce de Leche, Vanilla Bean, and Dark Chocolate, according to Brand Eating.
Additionally, the flavors which are offered for the discounted price includes Oreo Peanut Butter, Oreo Cheesecake, Oreo Chocolate, Peanut Butter Fudge, Coconut Cream Pie, Strawberry Banana, Banana Cream Pie, Strawberry Cheesecake, Fresh Banana, Cheesecake, and the regular flavors like Caramel, Pineapple, Strawberry, Vanilla, Hot Fudge, and Peanut Butter.
Each topped with whipped cream and a cherry, of course. Its shake menu is divided it into two types - Classic Shakes and Master Shakes.
The sizes and prices before the discount for Classic Shakes (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, banana, peanut butter, caramel, hot fudge and pineapple) are a mini for $1.99, small for $2.99, medium for $3.79 and large for $4.49, according to reports from Mile High on The Cheap.
The sizes and prices before the discount for Master Shakes (all other flavors) are a mini for $2.49, small for $3.49, medium for $4.09 and large for $4.99.
The new offerings are all part of Sonic's Master Shakes, which have been described as, "Sonic's classic shake made even more indulgent with premium flavors and ingredients."
"Food tastes better when it's crafted with premium, sophisticated flavors, and our culinary experts worked to find the perfect ingredients for Sonic's new handcrafted Creamery Shakes," says Scott Uehlein, vice president of product innovation and development for Sonic.
"With one of a kind flavors like Bourbon Brown Sugar and Wildberry & Lavender, guests will enjoy a new level of indulgence with every sip of one of these flavorful Shakes," he continued.
Notably, Sonic has been offering the late night discounted price for quite a few years now, and according to experts, it has become a marketing campaign for sonic along with others.
