How To Make The Viral TikTok Lemon Chicken Jennifer Garner Thinks is "So flipping good!"

(Photo : ScheckEats/Canva) Jennifer Garner calls Jeremy Scheck’s honey lemon chicken “so friggin’ good”

Earlier this week, actress and all-around super mom Jennifer Garner dished to People about her love for Jeremy Scheck's (known as ScheckEats on TikTok) lemon chicken recipe that went viral on TikTok four years ago.

She told People that her little sister made it for her recently and that it "was so flipping good that I'm making it tonight."

Who Is Jeremy Scheck?

Jeremy Scheck is a 22-year-old recent grad from Cornell University (fancy!) and has been developing recipes for his blog, Scheck Eats, since 2016. He's amassed a major following on social, with over 2.3 million followers on IG and TikTok combined. The dude's got his own cookbook and is also known for creating his own take on viral trends, and sharing recipes that he enjoys making - like his honey lemon chicken recipe, which actually came from his mom.

How to Make Jeremy Scheck's Honey Lemon Chicken

While I haven't tried it yet, I might be on JG's path of diving into this little ditty for a quick early dinner this evening. It's a bit of seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika), followed by a basic dredge with the same ingredients mixed with a little AP flour, then dropping it into a pan of bubbling butter to brown for a few minutes. You transfer the chicken to a baking dish, whip up a sauce in the same pan using some chicken stock, honey, and butter, then pour the liquid and a little fresh-squeezed lemon juice over the chicken and send it off to bake at 375 for a hot 30 minutes. Serve it up over some fluffy white rice, and you've got yourself a quick and easy weeknight meal.

Of course, those are the highlights. If you want to follow the actual recipe (measurements schmeasurements), you can see it here.
