The character actor just finished filming a sci-fi series in HBO entitled, Westworld some weeks ago in Utah, his manager Stephen Spacek of Spacek Management, told The Hollywood Reporter. Eddie Rouse, "Pineapple Express" dies just before the pilot episode is shown in HBO.

Rouse was featured in his debut role in the movie that was written, produced and directed by David Gordon Green, George Washington in 2000. Rouse and Green teamed up the following years in succeeding films including "Undertow," "All The Real Girls," and "The Sitter."

Eddie Rouse was born and raised in Philadelphia. He attended Olney High School and started his acting at the Bushfire Theatre of the Performing Arts in Philadelphia. He began his connection with Winston-Salem in the '90s to start a new life after years he spent on drugs and being homeless.

Eddie Rouse, "Pineapple Express" actor death was marked as day of mourning for such a talented artist. Edie Rouse is one of the great talents that will be missed like director Mike Nichols who died Nov. 19 at age of 83, designer Oscar de la Renta, died Oct. 20 due to cancer, stage actress Marian Seldes, famous Joan Rivers who passed away on Sept. 4 after suffering from cardiac and respiratory arrest.
