Porsha Williams arrested incident is not the first time for the "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reality star. In April this year, she was apprehended for "battery" after she attacked her co-star Kenya Moore during the show's reunion episode, Fox News reported.
Here is Porsha Williams statement for the case filed against her as released by her publicist:
"I was headed to visit my grandfather who is very ill with cancer in the hospital, and I was pulled over. I was wrong for speeding absolutely and apologize for putting anyone at risk. I tried to explain the situation to the officer and show him that all my paperwork was in order, but he refused. Handcuffs are not comfortable or a good look for anyone. I was released, I have my license, my car, and my freedom."
Porsha Williams arrested on Monday didn't stay long in jail after she paid the bail. However, several media had received copy of her mugshot showing that Porsha Williams was smiling with her long hair down and had little to no makeup at all.
Christian Post noted that Porsha Williams arrested after driving with suspended license and speeding stated that handcuffs are not comfortable or a good look for anyone. "I was released. I have my license, my car and my freedom."
Porsha Williams is a television personality, singer and model who is also known for her married name Porsha Stewart. She rose to fame after marrying football player Kordell Stewart and had also a highly-publicized divorce in 2013.
Porsha Williams arrested for the second time appeared to be not even bothered about her arrest. She was smiling on her controversial mugshot and appearing like she was proud that she is now free after paying a bail.
