Spring On The Pizza: Shaved Asparagus Pizza

Ingredients
1 12-inch pizza dough
Olive oil, for brushing
1/2 pound asparagus
3 tbsp sweet pea
1/2 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/3 pound goat cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions
1. Preheat oven at 500 degrees F. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
2. Cut the hard parts of the asparagus spears and shave the spears with vegetable peeler.
3. Place the sliced mozzarella over the pizza dough. Place the shaved asparagus and sweet peas over the mozzarella. Dot with goat cheese.
Sprinkle with the red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. Bake pizza for 10 to 15 minutes, or until edges are browned, the cheese is bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Serve.
