Sushi Recipes: Inari-zushi

Inari-zushi is suitable for picnic foods. It is made of deep-fried tofu that tastes sweet and nicely salty. The shape of Inari-zushi is similar to the pocket filled with seasoned rice. You can make these filling with finely chopped carrot, lotus root, cucumber, sesames, black seeds and so on.

Ingredients
Thin fried tofu
1 cup sushi rice
Any kinds of vegetables
A bit of sesames
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions
1. Mince vegetables. Put rice into a large bowl and add vegetables.
2. Add vinegar, salt, and sugar. Mix them well.
3. Put a spoonful of rice on your hand. Form it a ball. Open the thin fried tofu, put rice ball into it.
4. Place it on a plate. Serve with wasabi soy sauce.
