Representing "Role Models Not Runway Models," campaign Brewer is Hammer's personal choice as one of the incredible women whom she wants to be featured in the fashion show.

"Young girls and even young women...[see me] and say 'hey, if she can do it so can I,'" Brewer told Today. "It's a true inspiration being a role model for any young women to [encourage them] in being who they are and showing who they are."

She was telling that she was really happy for including people with disabilities in work like what Hammer has started. And when Hammer asked Driscoll who was her idea to be included in the project, Driscoll suggested Brewer, who was a role model for daughter who also has Down syndrome, E! News reported.

As for the New York Fashion Week model with Down syndrome, brewer will wear something that represents her best qualities. Hammer described her as an activist for intellectual disabilities. She is an amazing actress, an artist and a writer.

Brewer worked as Executive Board for the State of Texas ARC and the Governmental Affairs Committee for the State of Texas, and she's the only one with disabilities. At early age of 19, she was elected to the State of Texas ARC Board.
