Oat And Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
11/4 cups flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup grated peeled apples
1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
2. In another bowl, beat in egg, milk and vegetable oil.
3. Stir in dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
4. Add in apple; mix until just combined.
5. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush with vegetable oil.
6. Spoon the batter into the hot pan, forming pancake mounds.
7. Once bubbles have started to form on the top of the pancakes,flip and cook for 2 more minutes
8. Serve hot with maple syrup.
