Bradly Cooper Sued French Magazine For Violating His Private Life- Get The Details

Even though Bradley Cooper has been seen many times going out with Irina, the actor is still denying his relationship with the Russian model Irina Shayk that it even brought him to filing a lawsuit against the French Magazine for claiming that the two have an intimate relationship.

Bradley Cooper recently filed a lawsuit against Oops Magazine over the story it released on May 28 declaring "L'amour au grand jour" as it translate "love out in the open," which the actor considers violation of his private life.

French lawyer Vincent Tolédano filed the lawsuit, Bradley has the grounds to file against the French Magazine for violating his private life since the actor hasn't publicly spoken about dating Irina Shayk, as Cosmopolitan reported.

The actor sued the magazine and demanded about 11,000 euros for the damages caused to him, which is roughly equivalent to $16,000.

While the lawsuit is being filed, the French Magazine remains calm and confident, claiming that the story they released was based on the spreading photos which clearly manifest that Bradley and Irina are going out together, which was released by a Spanish magazine, 'Hola.'

Magazine owner Frederic Truskolaski spoke to RadarOnline.com, "We do not understand why Bradley Cooper is suing us. We are wondering how many more US celebrities are going to come after OOPS Magazine (after DiCaprio and Cooper) since they do not look so tough when it comes to US celebrity magazines."

Just recently, Tolédano also filed the same case, Oops was also sued by Leonardo DiCaprio for the false claim that DiCaprio got Rihanna pregnant and the actor don't want the child, as claimed by the TMZ.

The report also says that Leo is demanding from the French Magazine a roughly $20,000 for the damages including the attorneys fee, under the French Law the said amount is the maximum allowed.
