Cynthia Sass, a registered dietitian and Health's contributing nutrition editor, and privately counsel clients in New York, Los Angeles, and long distance, and is the sports nutrition consultant to the New York Rangers NHL team and the New York Yankees MLB team said, to lose weight by eliminating some foods or having a diet, a nutritionist's response varies based on a person's goal, but it may take a little longer to see big results.

Eating more fiber (30 grams a day from food, not supplements) can be crucial tp losing weight as compared to those who follow a more comprehensive eating plan. The researchers discovered that by eating fiber alone, fewer fatty and sugary foods are consumed.

It will be better if a person will consume more of fresh vegetables and fruits, especially those with edible stalks, skins, membranes, and seeds like broccoli, artichokes, raspberries, apples, and oranges.

It is best to stay away from diet drinks and artificial sweeteners, and once a person stopped consumption of these food, amazing results on how appetites changes. Cynthia Sass was told by its client, and said: "My constant cravings for sweets are gone" and "I always felt hungry, even an hour after eating, but now I know what actual hunger feels like."

Change the starches for non-starchy veggies, this saves about 15 grams of carbohydrate and increase the volume of each meal. This will make a person actually feel fuller after eating . A chopped salad with a small scoop of quinoa or chickpeas in it, is an extra way to reduce on carbs without cutting them out completely

Making dark chocolate a dessert,  can help people to shave hundreds of extra calories from their diets each week, and as a result the person will start to slim down. And creating dark chocolate as a daily treat, as have proven by researchers can help a person take control of its cravings for both sweet and salty foods.
