PSY performed "Gangnam Style" at a free concert in Seoul to 80,000 adorning fans. Gangnam Style is #2 on the Billboard charts, and PSY promised that if he reached #1 he would perform shirtless. Well, #2 was close enough that he still took off his shirt while performing "Gangnam Style".
The free concert was held at Seoul City Plaza on October 4th and it was live streamed on YouTube. Some reports say that YouTube's servers crashed during that live stream, but a spokeperson for YouTube said, "YouTube takes precautions for live streaming service in case of numerous concurrent connections. A situation like this is unprecedented so we went down to internal maintenance to figure out what happened."
PSY's Gangnam Style has taken the world by storm, with over 400 million views on YouTube.
According to Korean media sources, PSY will be returning back to the USA on October 15th.
