Miranda Lambert on 'Coffee and Girlfriends' After Divorce with Blake Shelton

Miranda Lambert is putting on a strong face to the world just barely a week after the finalization of her divorce with Blake Shelton. She put on a show last Tuesday in a Nashville club. An insider saw the show and shared that "she came out smiling but was very subdued. She was really nervous and even said so. She was very shy at first," The insider added, "a little later, she loosened up and started having a good time."

"You could tell she's got things on her mind but she was starting to have fun," said the insider, the singer was also "very funny when she wanted to be."

According to her, she had been living off "caffeine and sad songs" since the breakup. She also wrote "thank you Jesus for girlfriends and coffee. Oh and concealer! #wewokeuplikethis" on her Instagram. In that post she was seen with RaeLynn with huge coffee mugs.

The ex-couple came out with a joint statement saying "this is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately."

As for the reasons behind the divorce, the couple has been very mum about it. In fact, the presiding judge was even criticized for the secrecy behind the divorce. The statement of Associate District Judge John Gardner of Pottawatomie County regarding this matter goes as,

"If the pleadings in this case were made public, it would significantly compromise the personal and financial privacy of the parties. There is no legitimate public interest in the personal and financial matters of these parties' dissolution. These parties are entertainers and are not guardians of the public trust. Because the matters contained in this case are likely to be of significant media interest, but are private in nature and not matters which are of a legitimate public interest, there is a compelling privacy interest which outweighs the public's interest in the record."
