Justin Bieber has finally released his new single entitled 'What Do You Mean?' The singer officially issued his latest song a few hours after it leaked online. The fans of the star were surprised when he posted on his Twitter account a Spotify link of the new song.

Bieber included some of his celebrity friends in the single in order to promote the song. Professional skateboarders Ryan Sheckler and Chelsea Castro were featured in the lyric video. The 21-year-old singer also did a brief cameo.
The singer mentioned that the single is a product of his hard work together with the people who helped him. "Definitely the first single is amazing," Bieber stated "I worked hard on it with a guy named Poo Bear."
'What Do You Mean?' is the first single of the star from his fourth album. Bieber's camp did not confirm the rumors saying that the project will be released in November.
The songwriter performed the new single for the first time at the MTV Video Music Awards which was hosted by Miley Cyrus. The singer made an incredible performance at the show on Sunday night which amazed the audiences. Wearing black and a baseball cap on his head, the Baby singer showed a remarkable rendition and routine of his songs Where Are You Now and What Do You Mean which silenced his critics.
Initially, the singer looked just like rehearsing on the stage but the spectators were impressed after the As Long As You Love Me singer showed off his vocal and dancing skills.
Bieber who is notorious for being a brat showed the deeper side of him in his performance. Overwhelmed by emotion, he broke down in tears afterwards. He tried to cover his tears which touched the viewers.
The performance at the ceremony was the first time the star has done in five years.
