Laura Bell Bundy Replaces Selma Blair on 'Anger Management'

Charlie Sheen has found himself another sex partner for his FX series "Anger Management".

According to Yahoo TV, Tony Award-nominated actress Laura Bell Bundy is replacing Selma Blair's character. The 32-year-old actress has starred in "Legally Blonde: The Musical" and has had an recurring role as Shelby in the CW series "Hart of Dixie."

Bundy will play Dr. Jordan Denby, the new sex study research partner for Sheen's character.

"We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management and we wish her the very best," a representative for Lionsgate said in June.

Bundy's character is described, according to The Wrap, as "a brilliant psychologist whose recent divorce, fondness for alcohol and wild mood swings turn Charlie's life into an emotional roller coaster." Bundys' character will make her debut this year. According to industry publication The Wrap she begins shooting next week.

Blair announced she would be leaving the show due to behind-the-scenes drama with Sheen. According to TMZ, the former "Two and a Half Men" star threatened to leave the series if Blair was not fired.

The 47-year-old actor had Bliar, who played his therapist Dr. Kate Wells on the comedy series, kicked off the show last month after learning the actress allegedly complained about his work ethics to producers.

According to Us Weekly, as of Aug. 1, 40 episodes of "Anger Management" have aired. Since Blair's departure, FX has received a 100-episodes commitment from Lionsgate.
