Abigail Breslin is completely unrecognizable with blond hair.
The former "Little Miss Sunshine" actress has grown up since the 2006 breakout hit and she's embracing her adulthood after dying her brunette hair platinum blond.
According to E! News, the now 17-year-old actress said the makeover has made her unrecognizable to some, starting with her own cast mates. At the Toronto International Film Festival in August, the actress said her cast members did not recognize her when she showed up to a recent photo shoot for her newest film "Osage County".
"The cast didn't recognize me," she told E! News. "I was like, 'Hey guys,' and they were just like, 'Who's this random girl crashing our photo shoot today?' And I was like, 'it's me! Hey!'"
She said she wore her hair in a ponytail to the event and received strange looks and funny reactions from cast member and some strangers. The actress also said she got a similar reaction when she was at the supermarket.
"I was at the supermarket and this girls was like, 'Oh my God, that's Abigail Breslin,'" she said. "And her friend was like, 'No its not. She looks nothing like that.' And I was like, 'Okay.'"
The actress went blond in 2011 for a movie role and said she has wrongfully been mistaken for young stars like Miley Cyrus.
"I think the funniest thing that I got, I was walking down the street and I was filming 'New Year's Eve,'" she told MovieFone back in March. "I had really long, blond hair at the time and I had this girl yell, 'Oh my god, it's Hannah Montana!' I was like, 'No, I'm not, sorry.' And they were like 'Hmm, it's just some chick named Abigail.' They didn't care after that."
