After two years of marriage, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are finally expecting a baby!

Everyone can always count on social-media savvy Chrissy Teigen to share the first actual photos of her baby bump - and she did on Sunday - on her Instagram account no less!

The 29-year-old supermodel probably didn't expect her baby bump to show too soon, as she captioned the photo, "Somebody is early to the party," with matching sad faced emojis.

Of course, there's no doubt in anyone's mind that both Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are extremely happy and excited to welcome a new member to the family.However, some body-shamers didn't seem to get the "happy-for-you" memo.

After haters took to express their sentiments on Twitter, Chrissy Teigen shut down those body shamers - who suggested she looked like she was having twins - with an excellently written tweet:

The criticisms didn't stop though, which prompted Chrissy to send some sighing emoji faces as replies, while others got some direct messages. As things heated, Teigen decided to reiterate some facts over a few tweets:

After the massive outpour of negative comments towards Chrissy Teigen and her pregnancy, John Legend's wife finally put an end to the whole ordeal herself:

Regardless of the massive hate Chrissy Teigen is receiving for her pregnancy, it's obviously an immensely high time for John Legend and his wife, who have been open about their difficulties in getting pregnant.

When the supermodel announced her pregnancy on Instagram last week, Chrissy touched on some of those conception issues:

 John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant :) As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx
