Kylo Ren's Lineage May Have Been Revealed In The 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Final Trailer [SPOILERS]

At this point, the whole world has seen the final trailer for 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' and people can't stop talking about how Han Solo has changed over the years and how Luke Skywalker is still nowhere to be found.

In addition to exciting new footage of X-Wings and TIE Fighters and several hints to the true identity of Rey (Daisy Ridley), the final 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' trailer also offered a few clues about Kylo Ren. The new villain has previously been reported to be a "Vader obsessive," although it has not been revealed why.

The first shot of Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) shows him standing on a ship's bridge with a bright red lens flare in the horizon as he ominously intones, "Nothing will stand in our way." Could the villain be taking command of the dangerous-looking new weapon that was featured in the poster?

The new trailer also shows Kylo Ren speaking to Darth Vader's ruined mask, which indicates that he is in possession of the relic. "I will finish what you started," he says to the mask, suggesting that he is more than just obsessed with Darth Vader. Kylo Ren could also play a larger role in the First Order's plans and could even use the Force as he seemingly tortures Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac).

Kylo Ren is seen in a few more scenes using the Force, which leads to speculations that he could be one of the Skywalker children. His obsession with Darth Vader may stem from the need to know more about his grandfather. When he is seen approaching Finn in the snow, it is possible that he is trying to claim Luke Skywalker's lightsaber from the defected Stormtrooper.

Could Kylo Ren possibly be one of the Skywalker children? Find out when 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' premieres on December 18.
