McDonald's Australia: "Create Your Taste" Lets You Make Your Own Sandwich

Australia has been known to be a test market for big food companies' food innovations before serving it to the general market.  As such, McDonald's Australia has offered something different to the rest of the world.  "Create Your Taste" can customize their own meal with just a touch on the screen computer.

According to Mashable, McDonald's Australia lets customers create their own meal using a touch screen computer from a wide variety of ingredients.  The ingredients are not the standard ingredients of a cheeseburger meal.  The selections are a little upmarket ranging from caramelized onion, aioli, and brioche buns all ready to be served on a wood platter to your table.

Initially, "Create Your Taste" only has beef as the main meat component but Mcdonald's has included chicken to the selection just recently.

More so, according to the report, Macca's went investigating around Australia state to know how to make the ultimate burger.  They gathered data based on what people used most when making their own burgers with "Create Your Taste".  It has managed to give Mashable a list of the most used ingredients country-wide.
