Justin Bieber Escapes to Panama Following DUI Arrest

Justin Bieber has popped up in Panama following his DUI arrest and additional charges.

According to E! News, the 20-year-old singer was spotted wearing a bright blue shorts, a baseball cap and sunglasses (PHOTOS), while taking a walk on the beach on Saturday in Punta Chame.

The "Baby" singer was later seen having some fun, throwing around a football with some friends, wakeboarding, jet-skiing and greeting fans. E! News reported that that singer was also spotted embracing his mentor, Usher.

The New York Daily News reported that the singer was also joined by his manager, Scooter Braun, childhood pal Ryan Butler, coach Ryan Good, friend Jason Boyd and reported new girlfriend model Chantel Jeffries.

Jeffries was reportedly in the rented yellow Lamborghini Bieber was arrested in Thursday morning. The singer was pulled over for speeding. Police said Bieber showed "signs of impairment" and reportedly failed a field sobriety test.

He was taken into custody and booked on a drunken driving charge. Bieber was also reportedly charged with "resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired Georgia driver's license." Singer Khalil Sharieff, 19, was also arrested for DUI and drag racing, according to a Miami police spokeswoman.

The singer sent a message to his fans on Firday moments after resuffering from his DUI arrest.

Bieber later added a selfie along with the caption, "Thank u lord."
