Princess Kate's Next Date: Night Out with Foster Kids

Kate Middleton is keeping up her commitment to supporting foster kids, adding more commitment to her schedule, the Kensington Palace officially announced on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old princess is set to attend a special tea party where she will present The Fostering Network's Fostering Excellence Awards in London on 17 November and meet with the care givers and children in the foster care system.

Three young people will be recognized and will be honored in the said event.  Since becoming parents Prince George and Princess Charlotte, Kate and Prince William have become even more committed to children's causes.

According to IB Times, Kate has previously teamed up with the fostering group in January, when she was able to meet foster parents heard testimonies of children who have been helped by the organization. The Fostering Network is a leading charity in the UK that is dedicated to raising awareness on foster care initiatives.

Kate's support for the fostering community is part of her long-term immersion to social causes around the U.K - this time for the cause of the children - as she helps vulnerable young children abandoned by their real parents.

In recent months she has been involved with causes concerning mental health and addiction issues along with promoting anti-bullying initiatives.

People reported that the Chief Executive of The Fostering Network, Kevin Williams, was "delighted" to have Princess Kate at the awards.

"The spotlight that will be placed on these young people, who have worked so hard with the support of their foster [caregivers] to change their future, is thoroughly deserved."

According to the organization, there are more than 64,000 children escape from neglect, abuse, substance abuse and domestic violence in the UK and go on to live with around 52,500 foster families that can provide them with what is often their first positive experience of family life.
