According to the New York Daily News, the reality stars book, "How to Use a Meat Cleaver: Secrets and Recipes From a Mob Family's Kitchen," unveils family recipes to the girl's favorite home cooked meals. The recipes in the book are reportedly Italian classics, many which are seen on the girl's reality show "Mob Wives."

Some of the recipes comes from their mother Veronica, who stored recipes under a kitchen sink in a yellow box in her Staten Island home. No others know the recipes other than the girl's father, Anthony Graziano, who co-owned a New York Italian restaurant called Mama Rosa's.

The sisters reveal to the Daily News that each sister plays a role when it comes to being in the kitchen. Lana is apparently the professional cook of the family, while Renee is prefers her dishes with more flair and spice; Jennifer is the baker.

The family is also in the process of developing a food line, with hopes of opening their own restaurant in Staten Island. They all agree that working together for the sake of the book was a wonderful way to achieve family bonding.

"Doing this I didn't have anyone attacking me," Rene said. "Not like on the show. I don't really play well with girls and this has been a very trying season for me."

"Outside of everything, it will always be food that brings us together," Jennifer said.
