Naya Rivera and hubby Ryan Dorsey welcomed their baby boy Josey at the end of September. But though it was just more than one month since she gave birth, the 28 year old actress already looks really slim with her post- baby body.

According to HealthyCeleb behind the 'Glee' actress' perfectly sculpted body is a dedication to extreme workouts and proper diet. Naya always eats healthy and watches her food intake. Her diet is comprised of nutritious, healthy meals such as cold fishes or high in omega- 3 fatty acids and for her snack she likes Guacamole, hummus and kale chips. She also regularly hydrates herself by drinking lots of water.

Her workout routines entail planks, squats, crunches and cycling twice a week, which targeted her stomach, waist, arms, thighs and legs. She also does weight lifting and practices leg lifts, and sit ups.

But though she's a health conscious and avoided unhealthy beverages, she admitted that she doesn't deprive herself and still consumes foods rich in carbs, like pizza and burger.

Meanwhile, while flaunting her incredible post- baby body in California, she also showed off her gorgeous hair do. "New hair flow...thank you @georgepapanikolas! #thismamasstillgotit," she wrote on Instagram while showing off her new styled hair.

Naya and Ryan got married in July 19 last year in an intimate ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico following her cancelled engagement to Big Sean. "We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife," the couple told PEOPLE. "Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for."

Since the marriage the couple maintained a level of privacy throughout their newlywed life. After she gave birth she gave her fans a big treat by sharing an image of her child on Halloween. "Trick or treat!" Naya wrote while showing a pic of her son wearing a Halloween costume.
