Dancing With The Stars 2014: Celebrity Cast Announced Along With Show Changes

It is officially time to meet the highly anticipated cast of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars."

The cast for the dancing competition show was revealed on "Good Morning America" Tuesday, and it included everyone from reality stars to washed up artists.

Competing on the show this year are two Olympic ice dancing athletes, three singers, a former child star from "The Wonder Years" and another one from "Full House," a double amputee snowboarding champ, a former pro hockey player, a well known non-athlete swimmer, a reality star and a comedian.

Returning to coach the rhythm-less stars are season 17 champion Derek Hough and veterans Cheryl Burke, Mark Ballas, Karina Smirnoff, Tony Dovolani, Val Chmerkovskiy and his brother Makim, who recently took a couple of seasons off from the reality show.

"Dancing With the Stars" season 18 comes with a few changes to the usual line.

The show recently fired former host Brooke Burke-Charvet and replaced her with new co-host sports host Erin Andrews. Tom Bergeron will continue to host the show. Also new band leader Ray Chew will join the team, replacing Harold Wheeler and his gang exits.

For the first time in the show's history, a former ice hockey player and a double-amputee are contestants on the show. Also, for the first time viewers will vote for dancers to switch partners during mid-season.

"You have to change things every so often to keep them fresh," says executive producer Conrad Green, according to ABC News.
