Nintendo Direct: Wii U and Nintendo 3DS New Games Update

Nintendo recently held a new Nintendo Direct event which features new games that will be released this year and in 2016.

During the Nintendo Direct event, the Japanese multinational company unveiled information about the several new games that will be launched to Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. The said event however, was disappointing to some as Nintendo continues to unextend their games to iPhones and Android smartphones.

The event which is also called as Nintendo Direct 11.12 highlights some of the recognizable games for both Wii U and Nntendo 3DS.

For Wii U, one of the most iconic game that was featured was "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD." The said game which was first introduce in 2006 is now visually remastered to bring the original game to a new and higher platform. Aside from the new amiibo figure shaped from the Wolf Link and Midna characters, the said videogame will also be compatible with the other five The Legend of Zelda amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. series.

Other noticeable platforms available in the Wii U include Pokkén Tournament, Star Fox Zero, Animal Crossing : Amiibo Festival, Mario Tennis : Ultra Smash, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and a new deluxe bundle which contains a Wii U console plus an installed version of video games such as Splatoon and Super Smash Bros.

For the Nintendo 3DS, the video games that will be included are the Pokémon original games, Hyrule Warrior Legends, Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam, Fire Emblem Fates, The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes DLC, Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, Nintendo Badge Arcade, Pokémon Picross and two of the Dragon Quests namely Dragon Quest VII and Dragon Quest VIII.

Despite of being trailed by the other advanced consoles like Xbox One and PS4, Nintendo still has their own avid fans which are loyal to the Nintendo games.
