The actress and filmmaker - Angelina Jolie, says shooting the movie "By the Sea" with the American actor and producer who has received a Golden Globe Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award - Brad Pitt, who happens to be her very own husband as well, proved to strengthen their marriage.
Angelina Jolie, who wrote, directed and co-stars alongside Brad Pitt in the American romantic drama film - By The Sea, stated, "Brad Pitt has never seen what I'm like when he's left me after one of our fights. Sometimes I'm strong. But as soon as Brad Pitt leaves the room, I melt into tears. With this motion picture, Brad Pitt sees it. And I see his private moments." Angelina Jolie added, "I filmed it and I discovered the expressions of Brad. So I better understand his feelings of being annoyed over certain aspects in me."
As stated by Jolie, the most burdensome scenes were the most drawn-out fights, usually if Brad Pitt sees her cry, it finishes with him taking care of her. But, in the film "By the Sea," Brad had to stay mad, and Jolie said that she couldn't take it personally. She also said that it was so odd and interesting.
However, she said that while filming their sex scenes, she especially felt strange. She went on saying that the love scenes are strange anyway, but, when you're doing a love scene with the man that you actually have sex with - both had to talk about the absurdity of the love scene and made sure that none of them was feeling awkward while they're filming.
Angelina Jolie also said that she has done sex scenes before, but in the movie By The Sea, it was obviously been different, and her wish is that every actress could have this experience.
She elaborated that it's the strangest experience to be lying naked in a bathtub with an iPad that's showing you the shot of the film outside, while Brad Pitt is at the door and she's directing him to come in and make love to her.
