Valentine’s Day: Snooki & JWoww to Make Fried Chicken & Waffles on Air

Good news awaits all the foodies. This Valentine's Day, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWoww" Farley will be treating their hubbies to a Harlem - style meal.

In an exclusive clip from their series "Snooki & JWoww: Moms With Attitude," which airs on Wednesdays on the mobile app go90, the loving wives visit NYC-based Sweet Chick to learn the preparation of chicken with chocolate - cherry waffles for their hubbies.

John Seymour, who is the co - owner of the restaurant, walks them through the process and even shares the secret ingredients of Sweet Chick for smooth skin, according to People Magazine.

Naturally due to her time in "Worst Cooks In America" JWoww is comfortable in the kitchen and  explains the  cooking terms to Snooki, who spends the time in the clip remaining quiet and confused.

"The most important thing about frying chicken is creating the brine," Seymour explains to the women in the clip.

He also mentions that the brine used in Sweet Chick contains bay leaves, salt and sage. Although initially the chicken does not look appetizing, at the end of the preparation, it looks amazing.

The chicken, when left in the brine solution for 24 hours, will be ready. At that point, it should be dredged in a mixture of cornstarch and flour which will give it the texture, and then fried to get the amazing taste.

"Like a chicken cutlet," Snooki suggests. "I can make chicken cutlets."

According to Seymour, for the waffles, more of cherries and chocolates should be used to have the sweet taste. "The more the merrier," Seymour says. They should be cooked in for approximately two and a half minutes and the perfect Valentine's Day dish is ready.

For extra benefits, one can definitely put in some mac 'n' cheese on top of it to make it look more delicious.
