Stumptown Coffee Roasters Partners With Tillamook for Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cream

Good news awaits coffee and ice-cream lovers as Stumptown Cold Brew Coffee Ice - Cream is all set to launch.

Oregon-based Stumptown Coffee Roasters has presently partnered up with Oregon-based dairy company Tillamook to create the caffeine based ice - cream.

According to reports from Tillamook, the ice - cream is made out of six ingredients, namely skimmed milk, cream, coffee, sugar, guar gum and locust bean gum.

The cold brew coffee of Stumptown is generally made without any heat and is left to steep for over 12 hours, "until it's smooth and sweet," according to The Daily Meal. However, for the ice - cream, the coffee will be blended with milk free from artificial growth hormones.

According to Tillamook's website, the parfaits come in six flavors, including old-fashioned vanilla with crunchy coconut granola, Oregon blueberry with honey almond granola and Oregon strawberry with gluten-free honey oat granola.

The cold brew flavor is one of 14 in Tillamook's new "Farmstyle" line, which consists of gelatos, ice creams, and frozen custards, according to Oregon Live

The other flavors of the ice cream will include authentic sweet cream farm style gelato, California Peach Cobbler Frozen Custard, Speculoos Cookie Caramel Extra Creamy Ice Cream and Oregon Hazelnut Chocolate Farmstyle Gelato.

According to a statement from the dairy producer, "The Tillamook team scoped out popular marketplaces and gelato shops in Portland, LA and NY, seeking the best gelato and frozen custard experience, authentic ingredients and processing methods."

Notably, Tillamook has been producing great ice creams locally in different flavors to cater to the Oregon-based individuals. However, the company is planning to extend its services so that other areas can also have a taste of the amazing flavors.

The parfaits are available in major Pacific Northwest grocery stores now, but it's unclear when the pints of ice cream will hit stores.
