Stephanie recommends a healthy diet composed of protein to make locks strong and promote growth. A good source of healthy fats is fish, which has omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 produces sebum, which is essential in keeping your hair and scalp moisturized.

Another reason for having dandruff is unhealthy or improper digestion. To help yourself have an excellent digestive system and help combat dandruff, include onions, garlic, and scallions to your daily diet. Foods that contain allicin are healthy and serve as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal that is good for your scalp.
