Kylie Jenner Called A Negligent Driver, Lawsuit Filed

Kylie Jenner is being sued over a fender bender that has occurred over a year ago as a lawsuit has been filed against her as well as her mother, Kris Jenner.

The 17-year-old reportedly are sued by a woman from Los Angeles who claims to have been injured and severely hurt during the collision that happened back in August 2013. According to the lawsuit, Kylie has rear ended the other car.

The complainant was identified as Alida Griselie Palma Rivera and she has also named another certain Karina Alvarez, who was reportedly in the car with the Jenners. Rivera pressed that she is suing Kylie for being negligent, driving with an unsafe speed and other actions related to the said incident.

Rivera pressed that Kylie was speeding and that made it difficult for her to have a safe stop when at the intersection. She added in the docs that the matriarch of the fam bam permitted to let Kylie drive even if she knows her daughter is incompetent.

Rivera noted that she has suffered injuries both external and internal after the accident as her car was rear ended by a Mercedes Benz G Class SUV reportedly owned by Kris but was being driven by Kylie. The accident occurred in Calabasas, California.

According to reports, the accident occurred two weeks just after Kylie passed her driving test and that the accident was at a residential street and that were basically three cars involved in the said accident.

It is not yet clear if Rivera's claims are true as according to the Lost Hills Sherriff's department, an accident call was reported back in August but there were no reported injuries and there was nothing illegal and unusual. The official added that one of the parties involved already left before the sheriff's department arrived at the scene but did not specify which.

The Jenners are yet to comment on this.
