Irina Shayk puts her Manhattan duplex up for sale for $3.9 million.
The 29 year old Russian bombshell who previously dated soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo and currently Burnt star, Bradley Cooper has reportedly listed her West Village duplex on the market, according to Page Six. The listing was first reported by the New York Observer.
The glass condo that measures up to 2,462 square feet is located at 166 Perry St., near the West Side Highway. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office space, entertainment room, laundry area and a living/ dining area. The model's apartment is also boasted with a 150 square feet walk in closet and it is said to be bigger than the second bathroom.
Shayk bought the apartment for $1.96 million back in 2010. The lucky buyer will be neighbors with famous celebrities like Karlie Kloss and Hugh Jackman.
Irina who has walked the runway for various big brands such as Lacoste, Guess, Armani Exchange and appeared in lucrative publications like Vogue and Harper's Bazaar has a net worth of $4 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Back in 2013, Shayk admitted to Vanity Fair that aside from modelling she is also interested in real estate as it would be a good investment for her money. "I'm Russian, and I think I would take the safest road: real estate," the Victoria's Secret model explained to the publication. "Because real estate in New York is growing day by day, especially in areas in the West Village and uptown. So I prefer to invest my money in real estate because you can never go wrong with that."
The young model also said to the publication that models like her are also smart when it comes to good investments. Further revealing that she does a lot of real estate investments in Russia and in New York.
