No Reservations is a 2007 American romantic comedy-drama film directed by Scott Hicks. Kate Armstrong (Catherine Zeta-Jones) is the master chef of a Restaurant in Manhattan, New York. She runs her kitchen as she coordinates the making and preparing of all the wonderful dishes and displays the food to perfection on every dish.
Nick who pursues happiness on cooking and living, sudden death of her sister by car accident, and her niece who becomes to live with Kate after her sister died shake her stern value and conviction. In this doubts, she learn to cook the most delicious dishes without recipe.
In Movie, tiramisu is a medium that connects characters and makes them fall in love. Tiramisu has a as wonderful soft melting taste as meaning of “Divine Food” in Italian.

Tiramisu

Ingredients
Mascarpone cheese 250g, 4 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of cointreau, sponge cake, cocoa powder, and green tea powder, whipping cream(1 cup of fresh cream and 1 spoon of sugar), syrup(1/2 cup of espresso, 2 spoons of sugar and kahlua

Directions
1. Put Mascarpone cheese on room temperature to make it soft
2. Whip fresh cream with sugar
3. Put sugar and cointreau on Mascarpone and mix them. Then, mix them with whipping cream of “2”
4. Make syrup with espresso , sugar and kahlua
5. Cut sponge cake into slices, and put them In a small bowl or dish, then apply syrup fully and whipping cream. Put a slice of sponge cake and apply syrup and whipping cream repeatedly.
6. Spread cocoa powder or green tea powder following your preference.
