His statement was contradicted by Jimi's manager, Michael Jeffery who said that he don't believe Jimi left Eric Burdon his legacy to carry on. He added he has stocks of Jimi's songs, poems, and papers and some of them could be mistaken as a suicide note.  He claimed Burdon had never been close to Jimi.

Coroner's investigation in London said that the rocker took nine sleeping pills and died as suffocation of vomiting.

Theory 5: Jimi Hendrix death involved his manager, Mike Jeffery.

Apparently, as reported by Skeptoid, Jimi Hendrix death involved his personal manager Jeffrey who was that time was debt-ridden and wanted to cash out his £1.2million life insurance. There were conspiracy theory pointing that Jeffrey allegedly force sleeping pills and red wine that could lead to his death.
