Seth Rogen Sees Tentacles And Strippers In 'The Night Before' Official Red Band Trailer [VIDEO]

The holidays are coming in much earlier than usual as Seth Rogen, Joseph-Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackie ring in the season with 'The Night Before!'

Sony Pictures has just released the red-band trailer for the movie, which features some of the most unusual drug-induced hallucinations ever put into film.

The synopsis for the film reads as follows:

"Ethan (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Isaac (Seth Rogen) and Chris (Anthony Mackie) have been friends since childhood, and for a decade, their yearly Christmas Eve reunion has been an annual night of debauchery and hilarity. Now that they're entering adulthood, the tradition is coming to an end, and to make it as memorable as possible, they set out to find the Nutcracka Ball - the Holy Grail of Christmas parties."

The trailer begins with the three friends reuniting and Ethan declaring that it would be their last Christmas together. It is revealed that Isaac will be starting a family while Chris has become famous and would no longer be able to join Ethan for their crazy Christmas tradition. Considering that it has been a tradition for the friends since their childhood, Isaac's wife decides to let the boys have one last hurrah before their baby is born. She gives her husband a box full of drugs to share with his buddies.

From there, the three friends start tripping. It is Seth Rogen's character who gets the craziest hallucinations, from seeing Chris' mom having tentacles for fingers and imagining his grown-up daughter turning into a stripper. 'Man of Steel' star Michael Shannon even makes an appearance as a drug dealer who offers Isaac something that lets him see into the future.

'The Night Before' is directed by Jonathan Levine and also stars Lizzy Caplan, Jillian Bell, Mindy Kaling as well as Miley Cyrus. The film will hit theaters on November 20.
