Good news to all Harry Potter fans!
Everybody's favorite wizarding world will finally be available for public attraction next year. Harry Potter's world and the Hogwarts castle from the blockbuster film series based on the novels of J.K. Rowling will be open at Universal Studios Hollywood.
The news has been confirmed by the production designer Stuart Craig who was behind the Wizarding World in Florida and Japan. The new Harry Potter inspired theme park in Los Angeles will push through.
The new location of the Wizarding World is considered strategic since the West Coast invites many tourists from different parts of the globe each year. Hollywood being the entertainment capital is also an advantage for the new theme park. The fans of the Harry Potter series in LA and other neighboring locations will surely not miss the opportunity to tour the place.
However, though the new location may be advantageous in terms of tourists, Craig is aware that the area contains many informed criticizers.
"Opening in Hollywood will be the Wizarding World's ultimate test. Hollywood is the home of movie magic. Hollywood understands what this takes and will be our most informed critic."
Considering the exposure of Los Angeles to different forms of entertainment, Alan Gilmore who is the supervising art director for the Harry Potter series acknowledges the need of perfection. They believe that they must give a perfect rendition of the hit movie series including the world being portrayed so people will truly enjoy their bonding experience with family and friends.
Alan Gilmore and his team are being challenged to meet the expectations of the tourists in Los Angeles and of the expected visitors. Their goal is to immerse the tourists with the story.
The highly anticipated harry Potter Wizarding World will be opening on April 7, 2016.
