Bad eating habits are one of the main causes of poor nutrition that lead us susceptible to diseases. Many of us may be guilty about it as we tend to do these everyday without thinking it can harm us, most certainly our health.

Late night eating is one of the bad eating habits most of us find guilty about. Oftentimes when we can't sleep at night or we're doing something on late hours, we find ourselves snacking on carbs and fatty foods dense with calories. You may snack on healthy choices instead on piling on heavy calorie foods at night. Pick nuts instead of fatty chips. Skipping meals is another bad eating habit that you need to break soon. If you are missing a meal in a day, your blood sugar drops down and make you eat more on the next meal. Your metabolism will also be slower, making you add few extra pounds if you're burning calories at slower pace.

Do you grab food to relieve stress? Most of us may be guilty of this. Eating when you're driven by emotions such as when you're tired, sad or depressed is one of the bad eating habits you may need to change. This may also end as a reward when you are working hard, but snacking and eating more than you should is the definite reason why you are not losing weight.

Eating without thinking of the right foods to eat could lead to the first hand diseases most commonly encountered by insensible eaters. High blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and heart problems are common ailments that could result if you're not going to be aware of the right foods to include in your diet.

 If you eat while digestive process is taking place, you may feel certain digestive problems that that could make you feel uneasy. The right time to eat is when your body craves for it.
