Easy and Tasty Homemade Energy Bar

Ingredients
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup walnuts
mixed spice/cinnamon

Directions
1. Grind pecans in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
2. Transfer to a bowl; add dates, apricots, and spices, then process until the mixture holds together when squeezed.
3. Divide into 8 and mold each into a bar, and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator.
