Ingredients
4 eggs
1 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 onion, chopped
1 paprika, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Boil the eggs. Cool, peel, and chop.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked eggs, crab, celery, onion, paprika, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt and pepper; mix well.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
